We want you to love your JUICi. If you're not happy within 30 days, message us via the contact page and we'll make it right under the 30-day JUICi Promise — even if the tub's empty.

To request a refund or return, contact our support team with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the request is approved.
